In de voormalige scheepsbouwloods op de NDSM-werf verhuren wij per direct een atelierruimte van ca. 24 m2 (3 x 8 meter) De ruimte is onderdeel van een atelier van 80m2 op de eerste verdieping van de kunststad. De maandelijkse vergoeding voor gebruik is € 230,- (excl. btw) inclusief internet, afvalheffing, water en electra. We delen toilet, douche, water internet. Het is een schoon en licht atelier met vloerverwarming. De ruimte wordt nu gebruikt door Bram Oosterhuis Studio en een beeldend kunstenaar Ro Hagers waarbij de ruimte dienst doet als werkplaats en studio. In a former shipyard warehouse on the NDSM-wharf we have a studio space for rent: available immediately! 24 m2 (3 x 8 meters) This space is part of a workshop of 80m2 on the first floor of the “kunststad”. The monthly fee for use € 230, – (excl. VAT) including internet, waste charges, water and electricity. The studio has a shared toilet, shower and sink. It is a clean and recently remodeled studio with radiant floorheating and plenty of light. The space is now used by Bram Oosterhuis’ Studio and artist Ro Hagers The space is built and used as a combined workshop and studio, so sound is an issue and will be taken into consideration when choosing a renter.
